I was just reading about Semenya. From a biological standpoint XX is a woman and XY is a man. Can it be that simple? Should it be that simple?
I'm not talking about gender because I fully support/accept everyone to be whatever they want to be. If she says that she is a woman, she is a woman...it is that simple.
IMO, IAAF has muddied this case beyond belief and violated Semenya's rights over and over.
Endocrine values are not the rabbit hole that IAAF wants to go down...oh wait, they did.
Interesting:

EDIT: I just read this but haven't fact checked it yet:
"The crazy thing about the Semenya case is that even though intersex births like Semenya’s are extremely rare it’s believed that all three of the medallists in the 2016 Olympic women’s 800 – Caster Semenya, Francine Niyonsaba and Margaret Wambui — are intersex. Yes, all three." --Robert Johnsno (Let's Run).
