Shimano 105 2011 OR Dura ace 2006 - any advice ?

If I buy a Trek Madone 4.5 with Shimano 105 of year 2011....should I put on my Dura ace groupset from 2006 from my Scott CR1 SL ?

Which is going to be better - older dura ace or new 105 ?

if it ain't broke, don't fix it ...

I suggest leaving the groups intact on the bikes.

I expect the 105 group on the Trek to be completely fine as-is, and that there would not be any performance advantage to having the DA group on the Trek.

Other concerns are:
1) the cost of swapping the groups, unless you DIY.
2) would you swap BB assemblies? would the BBs swap from Trek to Scott frames?
3) if you don't swap BB, would the crank arms swap?
4) there might be chain-line problems doing a swap of BB or cranks.
5) there is always the risk of some parts getting damaged in the process, and also possible damage/marks on the frames.
