Shimano Dura Ace 7800 spd-sl pedal parts?

On the "Lance" pedals there are these hour-glass shaped plastic pads on the platform...they wear out....where can you get replacements, my local shop doesn't have them. Did an on line search, but haven't found them, not even sure what to call them.

Your local shop should be able to get them from Shimano. I work in my local shop. It is somewhat difficult to get them from Shimano, so they might tell you they are unavailable. But they can get them. They are called "wear plates" by Shimano, that might help.
