Shimano FC- R553 BB replacement

Any suggestions for a good replacement BB for this ?

Is there any perceivable benefits between a tiagra, 105 or ultegra BB. I don't race, I ride every day to work all year all weather and regularly do sportives.

Any help would be appreciated

553 or 5503?

Version 1 triple octalink BB, 118mm in length?

Tiagra is v2, not compatible. 105 level only one being made, if it's an Octalink crank.

Ahhh hollowtech 2...any BB including 5700 will work fine. --
