Short bibshorts

Although Denmark is mostly (re)knowned for its lack of summer, I'm still chasing a pair of short cycling bibs.

My current pair of shimanos reach about until an inch of my knee. Would be nice if I could find a pair a few inches shorter - somewhere middle of the thighs perhaps? - to get some sun on the thighs during those precious 2-3 days of summer we get around here :)

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

What you are after is a shorter inseam measurement. For the stock model I get from Boure (http://www.boure.com/1502.html#design) a size large has a 9.5 inch inseam, about 24 cm. Boure will make them any length you want too. Not sure if that helps, Boure is in Colorado. Maybe drop them an email about international orders. With your pale nordic skin you should be careful about getting too much UV radiation.

Assos Mille

Stupid long shorts are another good reason to hate Lance Armstrong.

I've been riding the Assos T FI. Uno S5 (not sure whey they have such a complicated product name) which I love. These seem fairly long to me. At 6' they come down to a few inches above the knee.

Are the Milles that much shorter? Also, how do the Milles compare to what I currently have?

Assos are the best bibs I've ever used. Compared to the crap from Pearl Izumi which start coming apart a few months after you buy them, the Assos are a bargain even though they cost much more.

Castelli make a race cut which is fairly tight and high, not Tommy V high, but not too bad

Don't get craft. probably only 10cm above my knee and I am 195cm
