Should Rabobank send Freire to the Tour?

Personally if Menchov can stay around 1 and a half minutes with the time trial left he may have a good chance. Personally i think Menchov has a very good shot at the tour this year. I hope he puts up a good challenge.

This is my thinking. Especially if he can do something like what he did to The Killer at the Giro.

With Oscar Freire at the head and without Denis Menchov, winner in 2009, the Rabobank has announced its team in the next Giro d'Italia (8-30 May):

Mauricio Ardila, Graeme Brown, Jos van Emden, Rick Flens, Oscar Freire, Dmitriy Kozontchuk, Koos Moerenhout, Bauke Mollema and Pieter Weening.

I'd be surprised if both do the tour, but I suspect one or the other will be present for the porlogue.

How long do you think Kai Reus will be out for with Mono? His website has had no news since March. Maybe he could ride the Vuelta? He's had so much bad luck
