When do you think Alberto started doping?
According to Wiki, he started competing at 15 years old for Real Velo Club Portillo in Madrid.
Then at 16 Alberto dropped out of High School to race for Manolo Saiz and his Youth Team Iberdrola-loinaz.
Alberto turned Pro at 21 and raced for Saiz, Bruyneel, Martinelli, and Riis.
Or maybe Alberto is leading the New Generation of Clean Riders?

Moose McKnuckles said:Little known fact. If you google "Alberto's picante sauce", this thread is first in the organic results.

High school sports are huge in the US and tiny in Spain. There's no point comparing the two countries.warmfuzzies said:If you live in Spain, perhaps not. In the US, even the best athletes stay in school til high school graduation. If you drop out of high school, you're making a big bet on your future success. If you accept high stakes, you're likely willing to make sacrificies and take chances. That's why I believe Contador started doping at this point in his life.
