Pippo_San is most likely to be El Pistollero, the posting makes it pretty obvious .

The quote out of Hitch's signature came from the shoutbox from the darkside. He also said his sockpuppet wasnt breaking any rules, so look for a sockpuppet created in the time during El P's suspension and who is on the border of the rules. The latter part leads to the Pippo_San account. Also note that during races the last few days in the Giro El P hasnt been active in threads a lot but Pippo_san has.

As for the matter at hand, I will reiterate my sockpuppet theory to those who might have missed it some weeks ago. Both airstream and LaFlorecita are sockpuppets of the same former user who has since moved on to greater things and is trying to bring down CN forum from within.

As for me I will let you know whose sockpuppet I am as soon as I figure out whose hand is up my

And he never comments on any topics which Elp typically has vested interests in. Nothing about Belgian riders, classics etc. It could be the non Belgian version of Elp but I somehow doubt it. And his posting style is not the same as Elp's. Yet he definitely is a sockpuppet just of who.

Bernie Eyesore on the other hand I highly doubt is a sockpuppet as he has the signs of just an inexperienced new poster as this post portrays.

If you had read the whole thread you would know that my Purito comment was a joke about comments made by someone else suggesting that Liquigas would work all day to keep him in the pink jersey. The Vanendert mistake was a very obvious one given that the christian name wasn't mentioned.

That is just a posting failure etc, certainly genuine imo.

El Pistolero does care about Italian riders. Well the ones that do the classics anyway. pippo especially

and whoever the puppet is, im pretty sure el p would avoid just using it to hype boonen and Gilbert.

But i agree with sylwester that pippo san knows a little bit too much about Italian cycling for el p.
