Get stuck in-to the studying. One day you'll appreciate the sacrifices you made for the future! And although the sun is shinning it's still a little cold out there.

Good luck with the exams.

Good luck on the exam Parrulo! Be sure to be well rested. You can ride your bike afterwards, and the ride will feel better with the exam out of the way.

It is for me! Currently it is 27oC at 10:20pm in Melb.

Parrulo, some good advice before the exam is to exercise on the morning of the exam but not too close to the actual time if that is possible and avoid sex the night before as rest is important and you don't need any distractions. Same for you MVDB!

I got exams on the second and third of February

For one of the exams the professor put the questions online though, and being the parasite that I am, I let someone else answer them for me, so I just have to learn 29 pages to ace this exam :p

The other one is open book and I'm not looking forward to it. Uhh, book is 3000 pages long.

Ouch, exams on the 30th. Hope you're staying in a kot? :p

Yeah, I have been really lazy and tbh haven't been learning all that much this exam period. It's going to be really close for some courses :D

My following exam is economical history which is boring me to death, but at least I got the questions and answers lol.

If you are a university level student and have trouble with that diagram, I would suggest you forget about cycling for a while and ask for help from your student friends.

I used to loaf when I was an undergrad, would just go to classes and did almost no studying outside classes, then would go on high gear about 4-6 weeks before yearly finals, often studying well over 15 hours a day, no cycling, just the rides to the U. restaurant.

As for cycling and temperature I am very reluctant myself to ride when the temperature is around 0-4°C. No cycling today : 2°C, was thinking of running uphill. Of course, the best substitute for cycling is running up stairs; for example, if you have a good elevator you can do 25-30 times say 7 floors (~20 meters) in 40 min (or a bit more if the elevator is busy) and really have an excellent workout (carry a towel to wipe the sweat)

When cycling at 10°C I need two layers and I sometimes use leg warmers (if no sun). Leg warmers can be a problem above 14-15°C if you really train hard.

i have no troubles with that diagram(that's as simple as it can get) i just goggled Phase diagram and posted the first picture that was easy to see without being big enough to mess with the size of the page. all that because VDB also said he was studying materials so i wanted to see if it was similar stuff.

p.s. a bit arrogant on your part to assume i have trouble with those just because i called them things instead of writing the full english name isn't it?

So have you worked out what you are going to do Parrulo?

MVDB says sex before exams is good so if your gf is around that is an option but if she isn't a bit of self pleasure can be a good substitute. Also you won't kill that much time before the exam with sex which is a dilemma. Study doesn't seem likely considering some of your posts indicate you are a lazy student (only kidding). Drinking is not the best idea but passing out (if you drink enough) may kill some time before the exam. Exercise doesn't seem likely as you seem to be a bit weak regarding weather. You also don't seem to value the need for sleep so that is another option is gone.

Ultimately I have summarised all your options and I suggest you drink till you pass out.:D

lol not bad, tho its beyond me why you are studying diagrams and welding in the same course :p

well, it's not the most extensive course in the world that's 1 and 2, the course is about both welding and materials (2 major parts of the course :p)
