Japan and Korea are closer. Also, the sun has a normal progression across the sky. No dodgy global curvator and daylight hours BS. Plus they both smack Sweden down for internet infastructure. Cheaper and you get more speed.
As for that Fibre comment. Seruously dude, if Optic Fibre to the node is installed it will be capped. Telstra are skint. The govt cannot count without their toes and fingers. What they have proposed speed wise is capable right now on ADSL. Just daft. If we get fibre to the node, it can handle almost a gigabit national network. Ask the Koreans, it's what they're doing. We'll be ripped off, in debt and the consumer will think all is fine and dandy. No thank you.
