Split men's/women's news pages

Given the ever increasing amount of cycling news, could we please have a option at top of main page to select men's or women's cycling? I havo no interest in women's cycling and would prefer page dedicated to men's.

Can we split the forum so that posts from, say, oh, I don't know, let's just pick misogynists as an example but you could pick anything you like, don't show up when I'm logged in?

Oh, I'm sure it would be possible to have the front page be as it is, and then give people the opportunity to click either 'Men' or 'Women' in the menu on top.
