What is the time cost of a bike swap? Decellerate/dismount/receive new bike/remount/accelerate? I note that unlike the TdF, the bikes are not ready at the roadside ahead of the riders.

I counted 12 seconds for Majka from car stopping to mechanic stopping push, but deceleration before that...
