"Szmyd is overrated" is not the same as "Szmyd isn't good". Many people seem to think that when Szmyd is in the group it's completely impossible to do anything and he always sets up a killer pace, destroying everyone.

Sure, there is exaggeration. But I think it's actually fair to say that when Szmyd is in form and on the front that he makes it considerably harder for anyone to do anything successfully than any other climbing domestique.

Seriously, does Pirazzi ever work in a breakaway or does he just let the other do all the work and then attack them near the top?

RAI hasn't said anything about Uran actually.
Or I wasn't paying much attention.

Well Casar wants to get back to the top 10 place so i think it's normal he does most of the work ...

So, are they close enough to the finish now to say this isn't being a good stage?

Pirazzi has gone down in my estimations today. He has no reason not to be working with Casar

and he finally rides 1k to the top..

I think I just seen him. Moreno's back in that group too I think. Pace must have slowed down considerably

Did anybody do a count of roughly how many people were still in the group?

It was about 30 riders at the finishline.

Fat knobs running next to the riders in their underpants whilst bellowing down the riders' ears from 2cm at 85 decibels need to be tasered.

Who thought it would be a good idea to turn the most spectacular and exciting GT of the past few years into another Tour de France? This Giro has been incredibly underwhelming.

Bring Back Zomegnan!

Bring Back Contador!

He has no chance of gaining any places now.
Even if he finishes now with a 3min advantage he would remain in 19th.
