We should have a "Mou Watch" thread...

Problem is, everyone keeps posting about him in the Pogacar thread...
Dude made a few lucky guesses, and now some people are acting if he has insider knowledge, and is somehow part of the inner circle at UAE.

At this time of year there are so many clichéd messages that people copy and post without any real thought as to the meaning of the words, I'd like to take a thoughtful moment to sincerely wish all members of North Essex's friendliest pottery group all the best for 2019.

Bit late, don't you think? Or... are you on some where strong drugs?

Besides, how many pottery groups are there in North Essex? Is there some kind of Pottery League going on?

I think we should start a GoFundme to send Lance down to Mar-a-largo where a chat over some beautiful chocolate cake with Trump and Musk should get him a CEO job at USADA. Tygart's been nasty to Musk's buddies in China so who better then someone who knows a lot about doping then Lance? A few social media posts and bingo! Time to make American cyclists great again!:D

Perhaps there should be a little test to see if you're tired, which you have to pass to log in to the forum...
That would not work for a lot of us because we’re watching live racing too early in the morning or too late at night—

I saw the post you posted last night, but couldn't be bothered logging in. Especially not on my phone.

Don't you go shifting attention to my minor typo when you wrote stuff like sprinting for several hundred kilometres.

I was intending an elaborate joke about the verb "to thing" meaning to be so tired, that you might as well have been a thing - in which case I was "thinging" pretty hard at one point yesterday. But I didn't have the time to write it out.

Not surprisingly we have reverted back to the times of the 90's:

"Doesn't like you? How can that be?"
"Maybe some people don't like him. I can see that."

"I am so smart.
S-M-R-T, S-M-A-R-T."

On April 13th, 2025: The Pogacar thread subsumed the entire CN forum, cyclists retired, forumites threw the rattle out of the pram and the big wheel kept on turning.

It's nice that the season is in full swing now, but I'm struggling to keep up. A word of advice: Don't try and take in the entirety of the Pogacar race thread (maybe grab the occasional Nibali sticky bottle for assistance); you'll probably get cooked. It's like trying to do a full classics season plus two GT's.
