You do know Riis actually admitted using EPO in that Tour right?

I always thought that Jalabert was more than a sprinter, but i agree that winning the Vuelta in a fashion that he did was a bit ridiculous and i say that as a fan.

The biggest surprise was the TdF 2000. To be honest, nobody thought that Armstrong would beat Ullrich. Many thought the 1999 win was only a fluke.
