Is anyone else having massive issues with Swytch bike kit, mine arrived faulty and you just can’t get any meaningful response, no telephone number to call, the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!! What do I do next? How do I get a refund if they won’t respond? Is hiring a solicitor my next option?
