Your right, only Merckx won 3 monuments...four times. But the best monument season will be Pogacar if he wins Lombardia...we have to remember he was second in PR and third in MSR...witch means the best monument season in cycling history.

This was just complete domination and I doubt he even went full gas. He created a gap by just pushing hard on La Redoute and from thereon he was in total controll, riding within himself.

He will win the tour with at least 5 minutes. It won't be a contest at all.

He is superior.

Without Van der Poel this would easily be the best season ever and it can still become if Pogacar wins Tour-Vuelta-WCRR-Lombardia in the second half of the season.

Vingegaard already showed he can compete mano a mano with Pogacar, multiple times. On the other hand, only belgian fans put Remco in the same boat with Pogacar. Ah, and another portuguese user but yeah... Pogacar is unbeatable in hilly classics when he is in peak shape.
If he does the Vuelta, Remco might have a chance in Kigali.

I've never seen so calm and dominant execution in LBL. Seamless, fluid uphill acceleration without anyone even trying to follow. It looked like at 90% effort, not hitting his Red Zone at all...

Vinge is a great cyclist for sure but this version of Pog is something else
Only a motor on vinges bike can do that
