He'd counterattack just before they all get lapped and then probably still catch Rogla anywayIf Rogla breaks away alone then Pogi could be so heavy anchor in the chasing group that they will finish OTL. Rogla will stand on the podium alone, no silver and no bronze.
Nah, he is just ready to climb 5500 vertical metersIs Pogi too skinny?

We'll see as there is a point on where losing too much weight has more cons then pros.
Do you think he's skinnier than during the Tour? That would be an overkill.
I've seen him very thin. The pirority is the road race.Do you think he's skinnier than during the Tour? That would be an overkill.
I didn't think he looked thinner in the Canada races, but he does look thin in the pictures/ videos from Rwanda. I still think the skinniest I've seen him was when he won Strade in 2024 though.Hard to say with cyclists and looking at the pictures but my impression is he lost weight.
Watch the penultimate video, they're doing the final cobbled section of the time trial. Is he using a new helmet?
Edit: not new. But it's a pity they can't train outside due to traffic.

sports washing doesn't work as well when your main man is hiding on top of a volcanoI'd really struggle to believe how flying to Canada would be so great compared to another high altitude block.
The Kimihurura climb actually does remind me of a shorter version of Oude Kwaremont. Hard first few hundred meters before easing off.Watch the penultimate video, they're doing the final cobbled section of the time trial.
Cobbled section is similar but Kwaremont has an asphalt section. The Kimihurura climb actually does remind me of a shorter version of Oude Kwaremont. Hard first few hundred meters before easing off.
Did they already release the order and starttimes?I'm curious to know how many riders Pogi will surpass during the TT. My bet is 2 (unless he is the second last to start).
Not yet I think but I expect Pogi and Remco to be the last two riders.Did they already release the order and starttimes?
I thought @Red Rick said that it's basically random within certain groups, except for Evenepoel who starts last. Official confirmation of starters is tomorrow and ends at 12:40. So after this they probably need to draw the names. We won't know until later in the afternoon I guess. Not yet I think but I expect Pogi and Remco to be the last two riders.
Ahhh I see. Well, I do hope Pogi and Remco are the last two starters because I don't want the win to be decided by whoever has the better conditions (unless conditions are quite similar for all starters).I thought @Red Rick said that it's basically random within certain groups, except for Evenepoel who starts last. I suppose Remco will be the last as the defending champion. The rest will be start by national team ranking? Not yet I think but I expect Pogi and Remco to be the last two riders.
Don't worry, Pogacar will not start more than 15 minutes earlier. Conditions will be similar and the best will win hopefully. Obviously I'm cheering for Pogacar but it's good Pogacar loses some races here and there just to maintain him motivated to win new races.Ahhh I see. Most likely none as my bet is they will have the last 10 riders at 3 minute intervals and that will be all the most competitive riders.I'm curious to know how many riders Pogi will surpass during the TT. My bet is 2 (unless he is the second last to start).
Pogacar will destroy this TT and I'm pretty sure this TT will have big gaps. For example Vine, I'm not sure he can be under 2 minutes of Pogacar. Most likely none as my bet is they will have the last 10 riders at 3 minute intervals and that will be all the most competitive riders.
Did he say that? He wouldn't believe he'd be that close to Ganna in the Vuelta either.Pogacar will destroy this TT and I'm pretty sure this TT will have big gaps. For example Vine, I'm not sure he can be under 2 minutes of Pogacar.
Are you thinking more in line with Combloux TDF 2023 gaps where a good Van Aert was 3rd at 3 minutes.Pogacar will destroy this TT and I'm pretty sure this TT will have big gaps. For example Vine, I'm not sure he can be under 2 minutes of Pogacar.
