You claim looking for mistakes? It's about presenting facts like you claim to make. However, not all your info is correct and when you post something that is not correct or wrong, that typically would be called a mistake. Like for example Yates being coached by Javier. he isnt this is a Mistake or wrong info. You decide which one cause it was your wrong inside info. Let's not bing up the altitude....

You remind me a young child at a party who has attention on them for the 1st time and all of a sudden and starts over acting.
It was funny at 1st then it just becomes annoying.
No one is a hater, just that not everyone is taking in what you say. But you shout louder.
Same as when I said 2 years ago Yates to UAE in another thread. No one believed me as it was early in season. There was nothing wrong with that.
Anyway that is it from me on this. I am looking forward to solid racing ahead as always.

Inigo San Millan is the biggest fraud among coaches in elite cycling and I firmly stand behind it, whoever you ask who has worked with him and doesn't work anymore has no good opinion. and exclusively intervals of 15 min, not 4*4 intervals, 20 min, 30+min and various mixes, but constantly for 4 years 15 min, what kind of coach is it if you see that the most talented cyclist in history has a problem with high temperatures, over 30° and you haven't done anything for years and you approach the problem amateurishly, while almost all rivals use heat training, Core equipment, saunas, etc. proven methods that help with adaptation and acclimatization, what kind of coach is he when asked what is Pogacar's ideal cadence, he says no understand in that area, what kind of coach is he who knows absolutely nothing about TT setup, position, biomechanics, he is one of the most ordinary charlatans and if anyone already has information that Millan trains Yates, ok my information tells me otherwise but ok, if that the person has good info,why Pog unfollowed Millan from all social networks, why they don't talk and we all know that Pog is friendly towards everyone. Also I know I’ve talked about this before but not only is he a fraud in cycling but in basically all the science he puts out too. He’s not respected at all in academic circles and he will try and track you down and harass you if you ever say anything publicly about this. He’s tried to find me multiple times and I’m very junior compared to him 😅

These are actually the two points that made him try to very publicly end my career. The first was that I said he never published what zones he supposedly uses for zone 2 training and that this is really problematic. This isn’t a new issue with him, it’s something he often fights about online with people. He’s also been accused of stealing a lot of his supposed ideas from a few other prominent scientists.

The second was that I criticised his cancer charity because his ideas about cancer have literally no scientific grounding. If he had morals he would have helped find a reputable cancer scientist to support not just take the money himself.

For Professional reasons I wont add my personal expericences to this but you are very correct on behaviour of San Milan.
No one loves listening to San Milan's voice and loves him more than San Milan himself.

I used the the San Millán method, I was literally just sitting there going zone 2 and did FTP-intervals at around 15-20 minutes or whatever towards the end of the ride. Just wanted to try the approach lol. It turns out it only worked cause of Pogacar's genes!

For Professional reasons I wont add my personal expericences to this but you are very correct on behaviour of San Milan.
No one loves listening to San Milan's voice and loves him more than San Milan himself.

This last sentence is so true. He also loves searching his name on all kinds of places online. He is a very exhausting individual 😅

No it’s one of the controversial points people have with him. Some people use heart rate and some people use a lactate threshold. Most people think San Milan uses lactate to determine zone 2 and therefore it’s probably like zone 3 😅 I know Ineos do zone 3 training. People have asked san Milan how he determined z2 and why he hasn’t published it if his method is so superior but apparently he doesn’t understand the point of academia.

because he worked with Sola, let me talk about Yates and San Millan, last year he was at the altitude camp in Sestriere as head of performance and led the camp, in that camp there was also Sola as Yates' coach and San Millan as Pogacar the coach, as always, took credit for Yates' result when he saw that Pogacar exposed him and *** him, things can always be presented in 2 ways
