Yes, but they can't create situations like Finestre. Visma and Soudal have two riders in front. UAE should´ve put in the break Adam or Soler.

You are assuming Healy is the strongest from the break. It's never that simple!

Even if he doesn't take the jersey, give the breakaway 7 minutes and take it easy, they are spending a lot of energy on a stage that isn't that important.
