Imagine the Giro in August and all the best mountain tops wont be cancelled duo to snow.

Swapping the Giro and Vuelta would be ideal. Vuelta and Spain in May the weather is nice too. Without Pogacar in mind and scheduling wice and Pogacar palmares blabla swapping the Giro and Vuelta would be perfect imo. Hes a smart man.
ASO (Vuelta organiser) will never agree to that and they have basically all the power in cycling

They could just do a GT repeating the new artificial mountain they're building.....makes as much sense as changing GT dates.

Yeah, not saying it would happen, just that it would be better for a organisor standpoint and make sense. Now we can expect that most of the top mountain passes in Italy will be 50/50 to be completed in May.

The Giro doesn't want to be in August as RCS don't want it to be an afterthought, and May is synonymous with the Giro in Italy. ASO are happy for the Vuelta to be in August because they want as many riders from the Tour there. It would be a tragedy if they swapped, for the Giro at least

Still remember that article from last year describing basically how Tilen would start a new sport, Tadej would tag along (being the little brother), Tadej would prove better, Tilen would grow frustrated and quit.
Rinse and repeat.

Tilen should be getting big cheques from the WT as we speak just to start a new sport.

The Giro route is very easy. It's tempting to do another Giro-Tour. Although he won't, because of the classics.
I think that potentially winning MSR or P-R is more important than another Giro-Tour double. Although, you could still do it, it's unlikely to combine heavy classics with the Giro
