I see all the best working together, they all know about the importance of a decent sized separation. Wout, put on a brave face, but after he finished he probably replayed places were he didn't push as hard as he should have. Remco has to walk the walk after multiple days of complaining about Vingegaard racing conservative and not working for any separation from long distance. With such a quality field and semi dangerous conditions, great racers are not going to have a big fat pack, curb to curb, teams will thin things out as fast as possible, all the best riders have to race from the front, Wout and Remco showing that they can get a gap really quickly.
MvdP should also work, especially after he called out Van Dijke a few weeks ago after Omloop

For the fans, Pogacar is on national tv in Belgium. He joined the "Vive le velo, leve de ronde" panel, where they have been discussing De Ronde van Vlaanderen the past few days. Obviously the interview is in English, so everyone can enjoy it.

He was there for 5min, nothing really interesting was said besides him saying that he expects to be less motivated in a couple of years.

He said he is okay after sanremo which is the most important thing to hear. One in the bag, 4 to go to accomplish the greatest achievement in cycling history: winning all 5 monuments in the same season. let’s go💪

Crazy how he has a legit shot to equal Eddy Merckx 19 monuments record in the next 2 years
To further underscore how unique what he is doing is, when you look at how many monuments all TDF winners have have won, Pogacar has won more of them than the entire combined total of every TDF winner post Merckx who won his last monument 50 years ago.

Pogacar x 11 monuments

Hinault x5, Fignon x2, Nibali x3 = 10 monuments.

Fans of other riders should hope he wins PR this year. He will "bulk up" to 100 kg next year then.

It's too soon to tell. 8 monuments is not an easy task. Excluding Pogacar, only one rider from the modern era has 8 monuments and this rider is his arch rival in these type of races.

So Cosnefroy in for more pressure on the hills.
But this lineup is strange. Who is gonna be the first to work? I was expecting Julius or Rune to do that work. Bjerg has been injured and I wasn't expecting him to do the dirty work for 150 km.
Nevertheless, Cosnefroy is a nice addition for the hilly part.

Politt and Bjerg surely? They won't have brought Bjerg if he's not capable.
