you're funy, pogacar has officially started his training on long climbs today...Underwhelming performance. I will wait for the end of Romandie but if he shows another performance like this, Seixas will be my number one favorite for the Tour.
But Catalunya Vingegaard would have put 2 mins into Pog today, and that was 1 month ago. That version of Vingegaard also won't be the one that will show up in July, it will be much better. Here goes the panic posters again lol. No matter if he wins Romandie by 1 second or whatever, this is not the Pogi that will show up at the Tour.
Not in nuclear climbing? This was his worst performance since 2023 GdE.Played it smart. Not in a nuclear climbing shape and probably still feeling Liege in his legs.
If he goes solo over the top he is on his own in the headwind against an even bigger chasing group lead by RBH. This way he at least got some pulls from Lenny.
you people are really funny, in july you will see what I mean...But Catalunya Vingegaard would have put 2 mins into Pog today, and that was 1 month ago. That version of Vingegaard also won't be the one that will show up in July, it will be much better.
Don't think he has trained on long climbs yet, so the TdF build up starts now. Most terrestrial performance in a road race since...Lombardia 2023? Let's see if this continues for the whole week or if it was just one off following Liege hard effort.
Don't think he has trained on long climbs yet, so the TdF build up starts now.
if thats true then its all fineby the way to all the people telling he was horrible on the climb, based on watts2win analysis his performance was on a similar level of vingegaard's best 2026 performance (stage 5 catalunya) and a bit below seixas performance in basque stage 2, all while looking on a training ride, today he has officialy started his training for long climbs...
Seixas is probably not even competing this year at the Tour as well. There is still a huge gap between the French man and Tadej. In fact the only one who can really compete for the victory alongside the Slovenian is Vingeegard. 113th victory for him today - he dominated the sprint with no issues. There is no need to panic for today's performance. I thought he really did the bare minimum being strategically smart. Being chased by a larger group after the downhill if he didn't have any companions could have been a risk.Underwhelming performance. I will wait for the end of Romandie but if he shows another performance like this, Seixas will be my number one favorite for the Tour.
