Look I don't think Cipollini wasn't even a great cyclist. He was heavily specialized, but as a sprinter he was unparalleled. Cavendish was also pumped. I'm quite convinced that his last TdF stage win was blatantly staged so that he could beat Merckx record.
I personally don't like pure sprinters at all. So I won't fight to convince you otherwise

But if Seixas is really joining UAE in 2028, then probably Pogacar already must have announced internally he would be leaving in 2028. They couldn't coexist for more than a year in the same team.
