What with their (mis)handling of OP, desperate defence of Piti and now the collapse of the 2009 Paracyling World Championship events, isn't it time that someone (the UCI???) asked the RFEC to take a long hard look at themselves and throw themselves on their swords a la ASO?
Outside of the UCI, is there a more incompetent set of administrators in the sport?
