Each cyclist has its own value, according to world ranking or whatever. You have to buy for let's say 100 mln 15 cyclists who will earn points.

Basically every single game out there. On this forum there will probably be tdf cq game (rider values based on the points scored over a season) also velogames ( rider values based on what people who run the game think, and in England and Australia the broadcasters have an inferior version of this where the people who run the game base points on percieved ability and nationality. There's loads of others on different sites.

For the latter 2 you need to log on every day to do transfers. For the cq game here you pick the team at the start and then just see how they go.
