why would they go through all of that trouble? i would assume there will be another picture of the entire team in the new kit at some point, so i'm not sure there is any point to the deception.

So far he has only signed Valgren and I have not heard of any rumours.

Last year he signed some big earners with Tinkoff's money but how will he pay them now?

Besides, I find it hard to believe Contador's salary is 3/4th of Riis's budget. Roche, Kreuziger, Bennati, Breschel and Rogers aren't cheap either, and if the 4.5mln € is true for Contador, which I doubt, Riis would have 1.5mln left for those guys PLUS the rest of the team because Riis said he has the contracts covered. Seems highly unlikely to me.

Yes I know I was exaggerating but I think we can be quite sure Conti's salary makes for a big part of the budget right there! I seriously wonder though how he manages to keep all those riders without paycuts, did he keep have Tinkoff's millions in a drawer as a reserve?

If they don't find a co-sponsor, surely they must cut somewhere?
