Nibali as an F Shleck mountain mega domestique makes a lot of sense.

Sky/Wiggins helps him with fine tuning his TTing and putting him consistently near the top, and maybe he can target Giro or Vuelta if he is feeling up to it in a given year.

Then in a couple of years they have a real bona fide GT contender while they see how Kennaugh develops.

With Nibali it would be a VERY strong team.

dont think Vincenzo needs a lick of help from Sky to fine tune his chrono. U23 Worlds podium. Better results in chronos at comparitive age as Wigans.

Wigans chronos are vastly overrated cos of a few gold medals in the pursuit. But Wigans will podium in the Tour this year, no doubt. Brailsford will tweak a few things JV could not with his remit.
