Is there a testing regime while you're sidelined during a ban or can you go to town and 'prepare properly' for your comeback?

You must remain in the Testing Pool (ITP), or indicate your desire to be removed. If you remove yourself from the Pool, you must request to be reinstated and must be in the pool for 12 months prior to competition
