Mollema al ready scoring points in his first race of the season, despite usually needing quite a lot of racemiles in his legs before performing :)

I'm actually suprised not more people have him.

I looked at him but since he is team mate with Gesink, Kruijswijk and Kelderman it's hard to know who has a good year and will get more chances at the expense of the others which is why I didn't consider him. Then again I ended up picking Fuglsang who is in a very similar situation at Astana but that was more of a gut feeling situation than a rational thought out choice.

he is too expensive. he is a dutchie after all, he will crash at some point.

naww TGBM doesn't crash that much, unlike other Dutch riders, I think his bike handling skills are quite decent. Only last years TDF he crashed hard.

I got him instead of Gesink. Reckon both might be good picks though, also got Slagter instead of Kruijswijk. I think TGBM has room for a significantly better season both in one day races and in stage races :p

Gesink obviously has room for a better season too; I figured both are about equally good picks, but Mollema is cheaper and has less of a record crashing.

He'd have been instead of Cancellara.

Agree Fabian aint looking too great yet (he scored decent points at Oman last year too, that I cant see him getting this time round).

Gilbert hasn't done anything yet to demonstrate he'll be a must have pick lots of us thought he'd be.

I don't think fab is necessarily looking bad from a physical perspective. More.from.a behind the scenes one.

Rujano was supposed to start in Oman, but is missing from the start list. Don't know what the problem is. I fear he might end up being a waste of space.
Taaramae is listed to race Haut ver but after pulling out of Mediterraneen , not sure whether he;ll start.

It doesn't look like a lot of points will be earned by anyone in the GC in Oman, since the GC is probably for Contador, Froome, Wiggins, Nibali, Evans etc.

Some of the more common picks who could earn some points are also helpers of these big guys, well, at least Dombrowski is. I guess Kennaugh too, if he even was going to do anything, he won't probably, having to work for his leaders. Breschel might do well in some of these hilly stages, but his points will be eaten by Sagan.

Hoping maybe Elissonde can earn some points, ain't got a leader, al ready got a race in his legs in which he performed decent, and bigger climbs should suite him better, as in, Green mountain should suite him better compared to the punchy stuff he was served in TDU.

Ooh! I forgot, Gilbert could do well in the hilly stages!

Ah well, it's still early season and anything could happen. But I'm sure looking forward to a bunch of a hilly stages, and a decent MTF with all these big names going ftw. :)

Disappointing week, especially in Tour Med' but the race was a joke this year so I can't blame my riders for not taking it seriously.

I al ready thought I'd be out of the top 10 last week, but I should be out of it this week for sure. Even though I had riders who could score some points everywhere, everywhere they didn't make quite as much as I'd hoped. :(

On the bright side of things, it was good to see TGBM doing well, though.

Next week probably mediocre again. Actually, rest of the game probably mediocre again. :)
