Thank you Jancouver!
My team:
BOASSON HAGEN Edvald (61) was a pretty obvious pick for me, can improve his 2013 score by a lot
URAN URAN Rigoberto (69) had some bad luck last year + was a domestic, in 2013 he gets to be leader almost everywhere. Think he can improve his score quite a bit.
STYBAR Zdenek (35) Has so much class and is still rapidly improving. Hopefully he gets a free role in the classics, but considering how he rode last year he shall not just be used to slave for Boonen
GERRANS Simon (19) Think he can improve quite a bit on his 2013 aswell, he already started off as national champion and is my favourite for the TDU GC aswell.
NAVARDAUSKAS Ramunas (9) Had a bad 2nd part of the year and his 2013 was quite a bit worse then in 2012. He however still was very strong and I think he can do very good again.
CUNEGO Damiano (16) Not my favourite rider but his 2013 was very weak.
SANCHEZ GIL Luis Leon (48) Has a lot of class and should be able to beat his 2013 score pretty easely as he didnt ride much last year.
MOSER Moreno (103) Hopefully he finds his 2012 legs again!
VAN DEN BROECK Jurgen (93) A lot of bad luck in 2013, I really dont like him as a rider but had to put him in.
NORDHAUG Lars Petter (12) 1 of my favourite riders, he had some crashes and sickness just before peak moments. If he can ride an injury and sick free year he could make a big profit, however with Nordhaug that is a very big if...
HESJEDAL Ryder (78) Also a pretty obvious pick for me.
ARU Fabio (84) Great rider hopefully he gets some oppertunities to shine in 2014
GOSS (102) Matthew Had a very bad 2013
CRADDOCK Lawson (17) Will get his oppertunities at Giant Shimano and is able to score quite a bit more points then his 2012 where he was not a pro yet.
DENNIS Rohan (38) He already showed his talent a few times but didnt score that much in 2013 yet so I think its a good pick.
ZARDINI Edoardo (1) Showed at the end of 2013 what he can do, hopefully he will have this level all year in 2014. Very happy that he is a unique pick!
TAARAMÄE Rein (62) Can he fineally do it again?
BOONEN (135) Tom Very obvious pick
WELLENS Tim (11) Great rider, attacks a lot but also has the talent. in 2013 he was testing his limits and was busy with getting stronger instead of getting results. Now in 2014 he might try and get some results instead of all the attacks.
KRUIJSWIJK Steven (42) Looked to be back at his old level again in the Giro until illness came along.
DUARTE AREVALO Fabio Andres (41) So much class, he now fineally had a good motivation. Hopefully no personal problems this year and some proper motivation so he can fineally show what he can do.
DOMBROWSKI Joseph Lloyd (75) First year at Sky is always hard..
PIECHELE Andrea (3) Back after a terrible knee injury that seemed to cost him his career in 2011. He was getting results immediatly after his come back last year and should get plenty of oppertunities at Bardiani.
ZORDAN Andrea (15) Very fast and he can survive the hills.
KUDUS GHEBREMEDHIN Merhawi (6) Great rider should be riding quite a bit in Asia wich could result in some nice amount of points.
CHAVES RUBIO Jhoan Esteban (86) A 0 pointer with a lot of potential I expect quite a bit from him despite his very heavy injury of last year.
ZILIOLI Gianfranco (6) Has shown as an Intern what he can do. Think he can surprise quite a lot of people.
AVILA VANEGAS Edwin Alcibiades (2) Was getting better and better at the end of 2013 hopefully he can keep improving.
BONIFAZIO Niccolo (18) Very fast but still very young. Lets see if he can make something happen in his first year as a pro.
VOROBYEV Anton (8) Was injured for a long time last year, he did very good before that.
HENAO MARIN Sebastian (31) a cheap gamble, he had some nice results in Colombia but I think he will not get a lot of chances at Sky in 2014.
GERDEMANN Linus (87) 0 pointer - not much to add.
ANACONA GOMEZ Winner Andrew (50) Another cheap pick who was injured for a very long time last year.
Forgot about Andy Schleck
