The Best Riders to get a Hug From

Sometimes, us forum readers need a hug. And our dear sport of cycling has many candidates for a great hugger.

Personally, for me, the 6’4 (193 cm) beast of a man named Filippo Ganna is one of the best choices for me. I want to hear your opinions down below!

Obviously, the rider in question wouldn't need to be a small Danish.

Anyway, I'd be far too awkward to get a hug from any rider. And if we're talking about a situation, like the one that spurred this thread - the Pinot knockout moment from today's stage - then it could quickly end up looking quite silly.

Nah, getting a hug does not apply with coffee and small danishes, unless the cyclist is giving a hug to a Small Danish.

I think you would be a little scared if both she and Brodie Chapman were running towards you, but the hugh would probably be lovely.

Which means that for most people it’s pretty easy to be the bigger figure when hugging Mr. Huys.
