Vlasov to Bora a done deal. The influx to the pool of "haves" (INEOS, Jumbo-Visma, Bora, Deceuninck and UAE) is a little sad to see. At least that pool contains more than two teams but that doesn't change that what we have seen this year with a few very dominating team is a tendency that will continue and possible become even clearer next year.

Quickstep don't have any new riders yet, do they? Just renewals?
Moscon would be a strong signing if it comes to that.. uhem... He could really become a big bad wolf... and then Viviani could come back, but I didn't hear anything signed and delivered yet?

But of course you are right in general, the big teams get bigger, the others fight for survival... I think AG2R are not in a bad place for next year, though, the classic's plan didn't really work out but in the stage races they didn't look bad after all, and FDJ could be stronger than this year as well, at least Storer is a good addition. Lotto have a great pool of talent at least for now, hope they can make it work for those youngsters.
BikeExchange, EF and Astana are fighting for survival I think.

At this point Bora are just throwing *** at the wall to see if any of it sticks. Sign as many potential gc riders as you can get and hope that one of them gets a podium in a gt. Those who have the biggest chance of getting a podium in the Giro or the Vuelta will be send to the Tour, because German cycling "culture"...

Yeah, how stupid of them to sign a lot of very good riders when they can afford them.
But now they have 4 or 5 guys who are all on a similar level as gc riders and all expect to be team leaders. Sorting out the pecking order will be hard and it's also gonna be hard to keep everyone happy. I'd understand signing one more gc rider and investing the rest of the money in domestiques and your classics team, but 3 additional gc riders seems to be a bit of an overkill to me...

I guess I see your point somewhat, and as stated above, I would have liked for the good riders to be distributed more evenly out on the different WorldTour teams. But you can't really fault Bora for what they're doing, I think.

But yeah, it's going to take a hell of a training camp to get all their riders on the same page.

Alvaro Hodeg will join team UAE for the next 2 years

Hm, I wonder how that will play out. Could be anything, in my opinion, from big success to total failure. I still think Israel would have been perfect for him; hopefully he will get to sprint for himself at UAE, I don't think he makes much sense as a lead-out man. But then I'm just happy he has a world tour contract for two years and at a good team, too!
Can't support UAE, but will continue to support Hodeg... all in all good news.
