Three transfers in one.
Poulard transferring from Arkéa (conti) to Roojai, from French to Thai, and from being called 'Baptiste' to being called 'Athit'. (Though his name has likely been 'Athit Baptiste' the entire time.)

Doesn't look like he's at the training camp and he seems to be on an unbranded (taped off) bike so that might suggest he has a team lined up.

Together with Marit the 2 decisions of the merged team I really can't understand. They dont have enough climbers and sprinters and both are cheap. Make it make sense.
I see Van Der Paar is also not included, make it make sense

Van de Paar didn't have a contract and has like 5 race days in the past year and a half. His body was already in shambles when he was u23 and it didn't get better. Merger or not, he was going towards end of his career because of that anyways probably.

It's kind of the same story as with Goossens.

"Deal between Ineos and PicNic about Onley is imminent"

That would mean Ineos is full and there's no space for Gee anymore, BUT that would only be the case if everyone who has been announced before is actually in the WT team. For example, it's definitely possible Storm does another year at u23 level.

Picnic should offer to become the new INEOS U23 team.

It was announced yesterday that Caoimhe O’Brien will follow her Cynisca teammate Alexis Magner to EF, possibly taking the spot left open after Veronica Ewers's sad departure.

Sergio Tu's run on the World Tour has officially come to an end now as he joins the other former Bahrain rider Chun Kai Feng at Astemo Utsunomiya Blitzen.

According to WF it's 7M buy out LOL
I would imagine that Ineos are paying up because they’ve given up on being able to get Gee.

Yes, I was thinking the same.
I don't see how they pay for Onley and (presumably) would pay buy-out for Gee as well.
And if they are somewhat inclined to do it, it looks like a very chaotic transfers.

I wasn't a fan of Onley going but 7 million is the kind of stack that is going to save a team who are in trouble. so I can understand why they would be keen.

The 30 million euro man Derek Gee has been left on the curbside, maybe the Canadian National team will get a Giro Wildcard and he can rock up with Steve Bauer and Ryder Hesjedal.
