I took Purito as 20th in GC because I was thinking he would ride the Tour like Valverde in 2012. Target a few stages, gain time, and take it easy-ish on other stages. The 'ish' isn't really working though  also have him for 2 stage wins.

It´s working pretty good for him. He takes it very very easy-ish. He may fight for laterne rouge. ;)
Otherwise you have nothing to worry it seems. Pretty good division lead, a few more stage points and safely to the next round. A walk in. :D

I saw it coming (that he will do zilch in this TdF when he lost kind of 20 mins per stage from day one on).
He just annoys me. I mean if he is on training ride, why did he occupy a spot from a rider who would have actually cared about the biggest race of the year (he could have trained at home for his home GT in the sun)? Yeah he was injured, so was Horner. But at least he is trying (my first ever positive words about grandpa :D).
Why did JRod get number 1 in the team? Someone else certainly would have liked to shine as captain... Arrrg... My worst pick... next to my blunder to not taking Porte in the T-20. I took Nieve over Porte since I thought Porte isn´t in that great shape, thus Nieve would be domestique number one. It was a tight but wrong decide between them two. I hope this two major wrong picks don´t bite me in the end.

I hear what you are saying. I didn't have Porte up there because I thought he'd be pouring himself out for Froome. No one can predict who will crash at all. :) I loss Mathias Frank because of a crash as well.

Well, we knew Porte would have easily finished T-20 last year if Sky didn´t messed up things in the 2nd mountain stage. So even if Porte would have poured himself out, he´d have finished with the lead groups "automatically" finishing T-20... And here comes my major major blunder: I thought Nieve takes that role this year, since Porte struggled year long, while Nieve was doing very well.

Frank: Major blow to me too. :( Especially since only roughly half of the participants have him (31 of 54 players). That would have been a big big point in the end...

Well, we´ll have a hard battle to survive the cut.

A stat that is going to turn out to be important is how many combined stages you had for Froome and Cav. Looks like, on average, that number is about 3 for the remaining stages.

I think it won´t hurt too much, since Froome and Cav were picked a combined 246 (!!) stage wins. Seemingly everybody will be hurt. Outside BYOP of course, who magically had zero stage picks for Cav...

Dunno. I have 3 stages for Froome, 2 for Cav and 1 for Purito still coming up, while none for Contador or Nibali (wins from a break away instead), so it could be close..

Do I see a major collapse coming? The biggest ever?... Just kidding, I think your T-20 saves you.
I also have 3 Froomes, 2 Cavs still coming. We may all have. You seem safe. Go packing for Vuelta. :)

You're not in my division though :p and saw a lot of Contador in mine, but we'll see

So I guess you hope for a lot of breakaway wins now... Not unlikely in later stages. I hope they all come on my Froome stages. :D

Well at least I only have 1 Froome to come. But still 2 Cav.
I need my wildcard Yates to come in tonight if I've got any chance of staying off the bottom of my division.

Certainly where some of us (16 players) have him; at the downhill stage. Anyway, every point counts... I also have Nibali only once.

2nd in my division. Looking good so far

Froome-like... or should I say Horner-like transfo? ;)
Moving from next to last to 5th to 2nd within 4 stages.

Things looking bleak for me. I've got to much of AC and Froome for stage wins.

Same here. One more CG rider going down and it looks really bad for me.

Actually all this movements in the standings are more exciting than the TdF itself. Everything decided there (green jersey, dot almost, yellow anyway)...

Foxxy, can you write on the docs also the points coming from the gc (I mean, writing the points near every rider so we can see who is giving us points...)
It would be helpful imho

That would be heavy work for 54 players. I am no computer expert to convert the stats into the docs. Boomcie is greatly missing, that´s for sure.
OTOH, at least you can see everyday which riders sucks it for you. ;)

Oh no... and "ILovecycling" is in my group. Geez, it gets tough now after losing Talansky for CG too. :(

Thx Sagan... for nothing.
