Great talent! But don't see him as a MVP / WVA type rider.

Anyway strong win today!

Del Toro, Morgado, Arrieta and Christen has been nice signings already for UAE
And they have been given an impressive amount of freedom to express their talents already this year.

The sheer joy on Christens face today when Torres swung over and he was given the green light to attack was wonderful to see. There is a very Pogacar like zeal for racing and just ripping into it having fun on the bike.

Looks a real talent for the 1 day races at this point, in the future who knows?.

Not sure I like the way he's focusing on becoming a GC-rider. He might have the skills for it, but he has so much potential in one-day races as well.

It was a shame about Brenner, DSM are usually quite good with younger guys, though he did show promising signs of life last season, perhaps one day he will justify the absurdly early thread made in his honour.

Christen benefitted yesterday from not being 100%, he had to use his head to win, he was stronger yet lost on Sunday and at the WCs because he rode like he had somewhere to be right after the event, hopefully for him the lightbulb goes off.

Super impressive work today after being sidelined for almost two months. And a top15 in the end.
Impressive indeed. He's been the entire year, and even more so, coming straight back after injury with no excuses—just right back into form. Impressive.

Him and Morgado, the sky’s the limit. A brilliant showing so far, count me intrigued, and they've definitely taken a step or two relative to most.

This kid will be very strong in 2 years, probably a contender in Ardennes. However, Teddy is in his team so he needs to leave UAE.

Great power today to string it out on the Cherave and then come back to the front with a surge at the foot of the Mur de Huy when everyone else looked pinned in position and set a fierce pace was a great return to racing.

I would presume he will be setting up for Tour de Suisse on home roads and it will be interesting to see how he performs in the longer climbs.

Does his brother have a thread? I couldn't find it in the search engine.

He has two wins this season. In the minor leagues, but on a small team like Q36.5.
I don't think his brother will last long at Q36.5. He has a great future.

You can create a thread or discuss him here, which at the moment makes more sense:

It looked like the idea was to not drag Powless into the mix. In that Del Toro was empty (one mountain and flat too early) and Cicconi was strong.

Surely he needed to rest after bridging to Ciccone and del toro. Immediately attacking set him up for failure.
