Why is this in the clinic? Mildly interesting at best, nothing to do with doping. I'm confused.

Not sure what trademark infringement law has to do with doping.

Cause wherever it goes it all comes back to the same topic in the end so why not just start there?

Re: Re:

I just pray to the Good Lord that Greg isn't considering going into e-bikes. Greg, if you're reading this, please don't go there. Pro-cycling needs you now more than ever. Keep up the fight. You know what I'm referring to.

The title of the thread couldn't be more spot on.

There is a thread to discuss this in the general section. It doesn't need to be here and we know what's going to happen if it is. I'm going to to lock this.

Have you seen the website in question? (http://www.lemondindustries.com) The guy who's writing this stuff obviously needs to switch to decaf.

That one website does make prodigious use of Lemond's name and likeness. But he's not conducting any business on it, it's only reason for existing appears to be Lemond-bashing. That and fantacising about his bro-mance with Lance Pharmstrong.

Whois does state that the website is owned by one F H Stinchfield II of Long Lake, Minnesota. And someone of the same name also owns lemondindustries.net, lemondindustries.org, lemondindustries.info, lemondgrail.com and grailcarbon.us, most of which are "parked."

It looks at first blush as if this Stinchfield character's only objective in all this is to vex Lemond. Definitely ...not normal.
