Well, i don't find this picture concerning in any way. First, it should be expected that amongst elite athletes a pronounced jaw is common (you don't become an athlete if your hormones are not on a good natural level). And second, this jaw is not even close to a "lantern jaw". In my opinion just a combination in this picture of a normal jawline and just a very skinny neck.
