There has been a thread about last WT team to win a race. That competition is decided already. But what about last WT team to take a win at WT level? If I'm not mistaken, there have been 5 WT teams without WT win this season:
- AG2R
- Cannondale
- IAM
- Giant
- LottoNL
Who do you think is the most likely to be the last to score a WT win of them?

Last year it was Lotto-Jumbo who took their first WT victory with Van Emden during the Eneco Tour on the 13th of August. All other teams took their 1st WT wins before the end of the Giro, apart from IAM who waited for their first WT win until the Tour de Pologne.

Will Cannondale ever get a WT win before the team disappears?

380 days and counting...
Today's result in the Giro was so disappointing, that it almost made me punch my fist into the table in front of me. Not that I am that big a fan of Moser, nor do I dislike Trentin, but it just seemed so unfair after all the work the Cannondale boys put into chasing down Brutt and after the brave effort of Moser to stay with Brambilla on Pramartino and the small cobbled climb. Kudos to the Etixx tactics, they really nailed it, and perhaps, Moreno Moser made the error of not starting his sprint a little further out.. I'm really crossing my fingers for Dombrowski to hit the right breakaway tomorrow or the stage after or Uran to resurrect.

Apparently, Moser had no idea that Trentin made it back to them so he was surprised when he went ...

I guess Ag2r is most likely to scoop up a winn in The tour and end this race?

Maybe not, I see Bardet has a commanding lead in the most-top10s-without-a-win championship this year, maybe he's going all in for that!? :p

If at one point he's well on his way to a win, and then proceeds to hit the brakes and let someone else win, then he probably is.
Don't think that's gonna happen though, could you imagine that interview?

Interviewer: What happened there? Why did you suddenly stop.

Bardet: I'm about to win the Cyclingnews forum's 'Most Top 10s Without a Win' competition.

And then he loses this competition to some 2nd rate sprinter who collects a dozen of top10's in autumn races held in China.

But then, if he gets second in that competition, will that mean he's actually won it by virtue of not winning it?

Of course AG2R could still get a WT win before Cannondale, by having someone else claim that win. :p
