Yes, this year has indeed been very successful for the Grenke team across the board, but that doesn't change the fact that the majority of their riders are leaving the team, because... well... they're getting too old.
Now, I don't know if there's room for all of them on the Rookies team for next year, but considering that there are already a couple of riders who are moving out, then I would assume that there is. It also helps that the Rookies team only has 12 riders this year, so... not exactly at full capacity, I'd guess.
Also, I might be misremembering, but I seem to recall reading somewhere that the Management of the team(s) is generally opposed to letting anyone make the jump directly from Junior to WT.

From the juniors I think only 4 riders will step up to the Devo Team Friedl, Schoonvelde, Mouris and Moller Andersen. Capello is rumored to the Movistar Devo Team.

Fietzke, Finn, Clemmensen and Donati should stay or will stay with the Rookies. Martin rode a small program I don´t know why. If it was part of his development plan, then I think he will also stay another year. Pajur could possible stay with the team as he is another year U23, but his progress slowed down so I don´t know if this would be good for him and the team.
Nate Pringle made huge progress and I read that his numbers are very impressive. Maybe he could get a new contract and get the Jasch role. Putz hopefully finds a new contract on maybe Pro Tour level.

So I expect (but I have no sources, just my guesses) that Fietzke, Finn, Clemmensen, Donati, Martin and Pringle will stay. Friedl, Schoonvelde, Mouris and Moller Andersen will step up. A total of 10 riders which leaves room for up to 4-5 new riders from outside, as I think the team will grow a little in terms of size as many races this year were not ridden with a full squad.

I think that's a very good prediction about next year's teams in terms of the riders currently riding for Grenke and the rookies.

Pagur has been promoted by the team for years and has had a lot of opportunities with the WT team, especially in the second half of the year. I could imagine him getting another year.
Martin has had very few opportunities, but he is only 19, so that could really be a plan and therefore give him another chance.
Unfortunately, Jasch will probably move on. I'm also not sure whether Putz will stay or whether it would be better for him to go elsewhere.
Donati will certainly be allowed to stay—if he wants to—he came from a small team and has one victory with the WT team, so they will definitely want to keep him.
Pringle will certainly get another chance to develop.

In general, there will be many races with the WT team again in 2026. Similar to 2025.

If the widers want to, Mouris, Schoonvelde, and maybe Friedl will get the chance to move up to the rookies. Birkendahl and Herzog are promising talents and will definitely be allowed to stay. Tjumins too, for sure. According to the rumors, Capello will probably go elsewhere. Johnson could be leaving.

No info about Pringle? Giving Putz another year (decent all-rounder and domestique but nothing crazy) but not to the kiwi seems strange.

yeah, I thought after his medal he is will be back for sure
maybe he already signed a contract elsewhere? Or Bora gave the spot for a rider above "U 23" already to Putz and it made no sense to add another rider above U23? Lets see where he ends up

Can anyone share any information about Gustave Blanc with me? Is he a pure climber? I checked the results from 2025 and he won the KOM at Rüebliland.

Thats so weird.
I just see two potential reasons:
1) Legal / Contract issues. Rider doesnt want to be on the team anymore, but team refuses to let him go (or similar things).
2) Rider has some other issues (Mental or private) and the team tries to protect him.

In any case, it is a shame. I really enjoyed watching him
I can only imagine it's your 2nd reason.

If it was 'only' about issues between the team and the rider someone must have surely said something by now.

I think this too. The fact that no-one has said anything suggests that it is more than just a contract issue. I hope he's okay, I always enjoy watching him race.

The Australian inherits a line-up featuring Primoz Roglic, Remco Evenepoel, Florian Lipowitz, Giulio Pellizzari, Daniel Martinez, Jai Hindley and Aleksandr Vlasov — a group with the potential of fighting for victory in any three-week race.

Here is a thought, you only need to add one more, and you got yourself a Tour team. Anyway, nice to see Zak still mentioning Rogla, Sven was rather reluctant to do so.
