Good thing he’ll race soon and can potentially jump up the leadership ladder. He was better even on Cipressa.

Sub 200 km basically unipuerto stage, his bread and butter. Evenepoel at least has the “excuse” of crashingRoglic was better in Milano Torino than Remco here IMO
He was really strongTuckwell is better than Boiches in this roll and has shown it in Catalunya
No, he did not.*** blew up in Germany post Tour with Lipowtiz, still is but media is being managed correctly.
Based on what we have seen so far they will go with Remco and Lipo and ride for dominant two 2nd places and 7th and 9th in GC. But pretty dominant. So who will be the Tour leader?
Remco? (the biggest balls)
Lipo? (supported by sponsors)
Rogla? (called up to save the situation)
Hindley? (as a compromise between the previous three)
Or maybe that Etxebarria guy? (who'll lead the Basque Race with Rogla as a super dom )
The stakes are high: their leader (surrounded by such an armada) will be in the pole position to win the Tour!
And why wouldn't they finish 3rd and 4th?Based on what we have seen so far they will go with Remco and Lipo and ride for dominant two 2nd places and 7th and 9th in GC. But pretty dominant.
Because they‘re not a certain amazing ex-ski jumper.And why wouldn't they finish 3rd and 4th?
They are not the 3rd and 4th best GT riders. And why wouldn't they finish 3rd and 4th?
Rog, Ayuso, IDT and a few others are certainly better
They even might be lucky enough to get one podium from dedicated sprint train that they'll also send.Based on what we have seen so far they will go with Remco and Lipo and ride for dominant two 2nd places and 7th and 9th in GC. But pretty dominant.
2 riders that have never won a GT or stood next to Vingegaard and Pogi on a podium. And Roglic isn’t even riding the TDF…Rog, Ayuso, IDT and a few others are certainly better
Results from the past don't count, and there are 2 more GT's2 riders that have never won a GT or stood next to Vingegaard and Pogi on a podium. And Roglic isn’t even riding the TDF…
Lipo and Remco I guess. Trying to podium both of them. Unless both of them somehow takes such a leap that they are both better or equal climbers to Pogi, they can easily manage two leaders. So who will be the Tour leader?
Remco? (the biggest balls)
Lipo? (supported by the sponsors)
Rogla? (called up from vacations in the last moment to save the situation)
Hindley? (as a compromise between the previous three)
Or maybe that Etxebarria guy? (who'll lead the Basque Race with Rogla as a super dom )

Based on this reply, I understand how much you don't know which makes replying to you more understandable. No, he did not.
To be fair, if Evenepoel gets his head right and trains well, he could very well be 2nd best after Pog but we have seen that.2 riders that have never won a GT or stood next to Vingegaard and Pogi on a podium. And Roglic isn’t even riding the TDF…
Who is better? UAE or Visma? To me, both are ahead.I don’t know…I feel like the team makes huge progress compared to last year. I don’t understand all the blame for their strategies..so far they are the second best team for this season
Results from the past don't count, and there are 2 more GT's
They have the riders to be there at the end, Roglic has not been able to be there. Hard to ride for someone that’s not in contention.
Well, what do you expect? It is between the most important cobbled classic races, so all of those riders are not able to ride in Spain, the Giro squad will be in altitude training (do you expect them to sacrifice the Giro for a one week stage race?) The riders who are eligible are the riders who will mostly also be part of the hill classics. van Gils who was also planned for this race is injured, Martinez is injured.
Which rider did you expect here that is better than the selected ones and is not at the classics, injured or at the Giro preparation?
What I also see, this is not the best team at this race and this is the part were Bora needs to get better, develop a better and deeper climbing support team. But what I do like at this team, it will be fully there to support Roglic, one clear leader and no side objectives. I think all riders will work really hard for Roglic and Tuckwell (as seen in Catalunya) FFB and Boichis can be a good climbing support.
Let’s see what he does in Itzulia, but if he performs well, the team needs to do some thinking.
Did Roglic race this week? Evenepoel finished on the podium of multiple stages and Lipo was third. Better than Roglic has done this season.
Pretty sure that if Pogacar is tired after the Tour he won't be racing the VueltaLipo and Remco I guess. Trying to podium both of them. Unless both of them somehow takes such a leap that they are both better or equal climbers to Pogi, they can easily manage two leaders.
UAE and maybe sometimes Visma will destroy the peloton on key stages and Pogi will attack and behind it will be every man for himself, more or less.
Lipo isn't just supported by the sponsors, he finished 3rd last term and was arguably the 3rd best GC rider in 2025, and him being younger than both riders ahead of him in that pecking order, it makes total sense.
Remco is their shiny new toy and they will show him off on the biggest stage. Also they probably still reckons Remco has the highest ceiling when it comes to 3 weeks.
I don't know if it was Roglic idea to go all in on winning the 5th Vuelta, but seems like that is their plan, and I kinda like it. Hoping he can beat a tired Pogi to the honors.
Hindley had his shot at leading the line in the Tour. Brutal world, but it is what it is.
everyone are tired after the Tour. The question is how tired.Pretty sure that if Pogacar is tired after the Tour he won't be racing the Vuelta
It has nothing to do with Rogla. ECC, WCC and Lombarida have priority before the Vuelta this year too.everyone are tired after the Tour. The question is how tired.
But Yeah, if he is tired enough to loose to Rogla he might be too smart to race and focus on worlds and Lombardia instead.
