What would your preferred season be for him next year? Assuming Pogi/Vingegaard both do a bit of spring racing and then TDF, Vuelta and WC

A rather traditional/conservative season with sufficient time for altitude. But no Giro-Tour or Sanremo-Flanders experiments.

Just read what he said regarding flandern next year and that he dont think he can stay away next year didnt say the best prep, also I wanne see him at the Tour not Giro if I could choose.

Just have a feeling he gonne line up in Flandern next year duo to his comments about it early this year, might depend on Pog idk.

I am of the believe Vingegaard wil go to the Giro, and Pogacar to the Vuelta next year. As for Evenepoel i would not consider doing the double next year unless the giro parcours is perfectly suited to me. In that case i might even choose to go to the giro and leave the tour be. Once i have chosen my main GT, i'd build the season around that. But who am I to decide for Evenepoel. I just hope he"ll have a succesful season.

There are indeed images of him at the finish line, a little bit in distress, while his team soigneurs are trying to clean out his eyes.

This means he obviously didn't notice Pogi's attack.

I don't know, I just wrote something to get on the "cycling-is-dead" bandwagon. I'm mostly already looking forward to next season, don't really see anything out of the 2024-ordinary happen this week.

These riders don't assume that they will automatically lose when they start. Do you think Vingegaard makes that assumption before the race even start? Why would anyone even start when Pogacar is at the startlist, just don't show up.

For the few remaining races, with Remco not at his best, he may acknowledge it's a lost battle. Now he knows what needs to be done to next year, and he will put in the hard hours into that. When he decides to go up against Tadej, he and all of us will see how it goes. I do think he believes he can reach Tadej level, until proven otherwise next season. If ever.
