The quality is a bit better in the PDF than in the viewer. Only there, I noticed the rather bizarre axis labels of stage 3, which add a nice little extra touch to the collection:

As race/stage profile-general on a superior/non-misogynistic competitor I can tell you that the races own profiles are the only way to honor them properly.

A bit OT but why do we never see profiles with the distance measured back from the finish? Forwards from the start for the riders' version for sure, but for viewers would be much better to have ones that tie up with the countdown distances in the corner of the tv screen. Are we all watching with calculators to keep track of where we are relative to upcoming climbs or sectors?

My working assumption is that the reason RhD insists on watching live or not at all is that she doesn't like converting the distance into the race that significant points are indicated as on the profile into the distance remaining that is displayed on the screen if she were to fast forward through a replay to get to the key incidents.

I know that riders are approaching a climb or sector by seing them approach the climb or sector.

(PCS also helps.)
