Keep it clean.

Good:

Memory - I can remember a lot finer details and events that have happened, whether in cycling or in normal life. I can recall bits and pieces that I have read from books and articles a long time ago, and even recall posts what people made months ago.
Leading out people - It seems this way, hit the front and push the speed up to 50km/h and see who can hang on and who will win the sprint that I have just them up for. Maybe I should charge them for it.
Pruning - Having just finished studying horticulture, I got a lot of praises from pruning back dead and diseased plants from and give them a new lease of life so to speak.

Suck:

Wrapping presents - Epic fail, I'm useless at it. Same when it comes to wrapping up sandwhiches in gladwrap.

More to follow.

And I'm with Susan. Cleaning the house sucks.

Good at:

-Remembering names, moments, and faces
-Being on time
-I have great will-power, and that's the only way I really make it up the hills

Bad at:

-Staying on task 100% of the time at work, but I think that taking those little recesses increase my productivity.
- Small talk. I'd rather have uncomfortable silence that will eventually turn into comfortable silence!

Washing my truck (Other than cycling, it's the best way to clear my head)
Playing with my dog.
Jack and Coke (sometimes so good, it's actually a bad thing)
Biting my nails
Procrastination

Bad
Putting things back where I found them (I was notorious for misplacing tools when I was a bike tech)
Saving money
Staying focused (ADD in the worst way possible)
Folding clothes (I can do it, just hate it)
emptying the dishwasher

Good
Committed - give it 100%, rarely give up (is stubborness good or bad?)
Focused - I can go at something for 16hrs straight without a break
Cleanliness - don't like housework, but don't like a dirty house even more
Spending money
Locating animals and birds in the wild

Bad
Remembering names - just atrocious
Saving money
Like David, trying to feign interest at anything that I find not interesting
Inattention to the smaller things in life - new clothes, haircuts, etc
Lying - just hopeless at it

I am good at:

- being a husband, so I ain't going to that NY escort place the last guy linked.

I suck at:

- front derailleur adjustments. How can something so simple drive me so crazy? My bike runs smoothly but man I spend a lot of time on that simple wee plate.
