Thomas De Gendt, Johan Vansummeren, Nick Nuyens, Philippe Gilbert, Tom Boonen, Jelle Vanendert, Bjorn Leukemans and Greg van Avermaet. I dare say the strongest squad of any country.

I even remember those storys with zolders 2002 wc. every year we hear talk about wc being harder than it is, but it rarely is

Roelandts has more body for a flat stage and more TT abilities. I'd pick him over Vanendert and he'd work for Gilbert as well and can finish it off in a small breakaway on top of that. In fact, Vanendert is probably one of the last guys i'd pick for this. Roelandts, Vermarcke, Monfort, even JVDB (if he'd be interested) would all be better picks.

I'd pick Steegmans, if he's fit. Or Roelandts indeed. Depends on their form...
