Time in 200 m sprint qualification

Hello,

I try to find the 200 meter sprint qualications during Olympics Games in 1984 Los Angeles and before 1980 Moscow, 1976 Montreal
and during World track champs in 1985 Bassano del Grappa ITA and before for Men, Women, and Juniors

Qualifying was not introduced until after those championships. Not sure which year. From memory Mark Gorski's best time, in a match sprint, at the LA Olympics was 10.49.
