This is only a 5.4 km effort. I wouldn't read too much into it either way. I await the mtf.

contador doesn't seem optimistic either for the mtf. Dunno, if he is just down playing for something bigger to happen. I hope he is just sand bagging on his expectation of the mountain or is he sick too?

He doesn't sound too pessimistic to me. Just the usual downplaying "we will see what happens"

Good ITT for Pinot, he must be compared with Quintana and Contador and he has been clearly better. Ur?n is the best of the GC contenders, he has just Brambrilla to help, becouse the team is for Cavendish. Nibali is here ready to win.
Anyway is just a short ITT.

Contador didnt take risk in the main corner, but I couldnt see most of the favourites there...
