Making Babs proud, chapeau Vendrame! Strange ol' messy sprint but after 200+ km and rain, what d' ya expect! 6 hours and 28 minutes, now that's a proper stage. :)

Cold and rain have always been S.Yates nemesis. In saying that, his preparation was compromised by a training crash. I am interested in how he goes under the Visma training regime as he could run his own race at Jayco.

I am trolling calma calma

What happened to Poels that he lost 17 Minutes?
Poels has often sucked in bad weather, making him winning a snowy LBL kinda ironic.

main reason is probably that he was quite sick after Oman and off the bike for over a week.

Aye, he should at least have made one proper attack. But it doesn't matter, he's locked in on the big target.

Final climb certainly overdelivered on expectations with an unpredictable finish.

Must have been miserable to spend 6 hours in the saddle for a relatively unselective stage.

Is Healy on some sort of image rights deal where he has to get on camera as many places as possible (apart from the finish line)?
That describes EF in general over the years, though they are doing much better of late in actually contesting with healey and carapaz.
