Lopez far behind again in this short type climb.
It almost seems like everybody who has kinda good in the middle east is going bad here, and people who were going bad in the middle east are going good here.

Lopez was good yesterday though. He just seems to a have problem with these shorter climbs... He looses half a minute every time.

But you still might be right about that though. They that was over there has seemed to be a bit off. Alaphillipe at P-N also supports that theory.
Lopez was far from good in either type of climbs.

Lol, somehow forgot he lost completely at the end yesterday.

Can we say that Yates loses the Tirreno due to that stage 2 crash?

Would've led by 37s if he hadn't if I'm correct
Well he wasn't marked today.
This,

The dynamic of the race would have changed.

Lutsenko and Thomas immediately marked Yates when he attacked - He rode them off his wheel - Sometimes this forum doesn't like to give credit to riders.

And who could've marked him?! He gave them 15-20 sec on that hill, it was like watching Purito!

In the flat they could have pushed harder IMHO. I noticed they were looking around to each other. That would have made some difference.

You're probably right. At one time, formolo closed the gap to 12s but unfortunately, run out of steam, and OS's has just returned already spent after catching, til he got back together, the gap was again, it was 20s. If needed, sky would help and they would bring him back.

Was working today and was keeping an eye on this thread but wasn't getting the Sky 2-5 comment, well I've just watched the last 10k and I can see what they were on about

ArmchairDS thinks that QS should send Jungels up the road when it's bumpy tomorrow .... with Gaviria to get an easy ride to the finish if other teams do the chasing.

I predict he would have lost GC by 4 seconds.

@Redhead Dane:
Sometimes your constant desire to be funny is a bit tiresome, sorry to say. And I'm Danish and should actually understand the humor...

(Armchairclimber clearly tried to be funny him/herself)

And you automatically presume that all Danes must have the same sense of humour?
