I think it's too steep for G. It can be similar to Peyragudes finish. I can see Bardet, Uran and Landa fighting for the win but I'm not sure about Aru form.

And Benoot? Closed a 30 second gap to Bardet almost exclusively on one steep dirt road section in Strade. Be interesting to see if he has what it takes here.
Yea I'm rooting for

I would say Landa, Lopez, Yates, Uran, and Bardet of the climbers (I won't include Froome, although if everything is normal he would be a serious contender), and only Ulissi and Benoot of the puncheurs.

today, it should be for the climber, but as I guess the wall is not very known, it might very difficult to time the attack, and it might end up being ridden very conservatively and in relatively slow pace, which would then favour the punchers. Not knowing every spot of the climb, also some second tier punchers might have a chance.

They're climbing it once before the finish, the steepest part is right to the finish, so I imagine it will be paced by a domestique until the last pitch

Not sure about that. Lopez and Bardet need to make time up in gc, so they might try earlier.

What about Superman Lopez? If this is Landa territory, it's certainly Lopez' as well.
Yeah, but Landa has actually won on very short climbs, the shortest climb Lopez has done well on are Green Mountain and Superga. In the Vuelta last year, he didn't perform very well on the short and sharp climbs throughout the whole race.

He beat Moreno back in 2015 on Pineda de la Sierra.

a 3km steep climb, just like Cumbre del Sol. Perfect for Froome

TS Eliot

Do I dare?” and, “Do I dare?”
Time to turn back and descend the stair,
With a bald spot in the middle of my hair —
(They will say: “How his hair is growing thin!”)
My morning coat, my collar mounting firmly to the chin,
My necktie rich and modest, but asserted by a simple pin —
(They will say: “But how his arms and legs are thin!”)
Do I dare
Disturb the universe?

What are the stats for that climb?
